Springtest 3, motorized spring tester-1000N

With its STENTOR II motorized test stand, fixed plate and adjustable plate, this unit can be used to test high capacity tension and compression springs. The command automatically determines the origin of the displacements and then stops the machine at a predetermined flexion value to measure the height under load. It is also possible to measure flexion and cycles can be programmed. The instrument has an RS232, memory card reader or USB to store the results on a computer.

Additional sensors are available to provide high levels of precision for springs with low force levels. These load cells are automatically recognized by the tester using our technology SPIP.

Ready to use system. Supplied with a 100mm diameter fixed plate and a self-aligning plate to keep the plates parallel during the tests. Hooks are available as options for tensile testing. Available in 3 capacities : 200 N, 500 N, 1000 N.
